With workforce planning becoming increasingly difficult due to changes in legislation, from the removal of a default retirement age to disability awareness and fit notes, managing performance is becoming increasingly important. The event will include how to manage performance for improvement and also how to deal with under performers who, for whatever reason, are unable to improve.
