1st Event: Andy Moreland, an assessor of the Health & Wellbeing Good Practice Award has extensive experience in the health and wellbeing arena. He initially began his career as manager at the TSB Head Office Corporate Fitness Centre and then worked as a health management consultant at PA Sundridge Park. He was also the Business Development Manager at vielife who are regarded as one of the world's leading providers of online health and wellbeing assessments and lifestyle programmes.

This is a series of Spring events looking at the positive impact of various current HR inititives and how they improved business performance and ultimtely the bottom line.

We have three sessions booked in the spring;
The first of which introduces us to importance of managing the health and well-being of staff. (19th of April)

We will follow this up with a session on employee engagement and will have the benefit of a live case study that highlights the positive impact of a successful employee engagement. (26th April)

The last in the series provides support and advice to employers about how to correctly manage and supporting those who are suffering from stress and mental health problems in the work place. (3rd may)
