Members of the Kent CIPD branch have extensive experience from all aspects of personnel & development in the public, private and voluntary or community sector.
Our committee is equally as varied.
Some represent, small companies, some large organisations and others are independent consultants.
The committee's role is to ensure that the Branch continues to enhance and extend its support of members.
To achieve our purpose and aim we wish to:
• Promote the professional standing of our members
• Develop local services and support for our members
• Assist with the upgrade of our members
• Provide continuous support for SML/CPD activities for our members
