He now runs his own change management consultancy - Liquid Thinker Ltd. helping a wide range of individuals, teams and industries achieve similar employee engagement and success.
Following his success at our previous events Damian has agreed to come back and share with us some of his follow on work from Liquid Thinking in terms of being a change catalyst and survival in changing times.
