• Analysed your team
• Identified the issues that you can improve
• Shared a case study of coaching development linked to team development and engagement
• Understood what action learning is and how it can help to develop your organisation
• Developed an action plan for your organisation.
This workshop will be led by Anita Wild and Mike Smith from ADG. They have wide experience of developing leaders, managers and organisations across a broad range of organisations including Unilever UK, Bakemark UK, Lancashire Probation Trust, Danbro to name a few.
