Caroline brings with her many years of experience working for confectionery giant Mars inc. with the added perspective gained from having developed her own training and coaching business; Inspo. In addition, she has recently published Tickover or Takeoff, a practical business guide, based on the real life experiences of 30 entrepreneurs, looking at what it's like to grow a successful business.
