Benefit by using the 'CONNECT US' board when attending Branch events.

Branch Events are busy evenings and time to meet each other is limited, CONNECT US aims to help us all to get in touch with people working on similar projects to share ideas and help each other.

How it works;
1. The committee will provide a notice board, envelopes, pens etc.
2. Members can write brief notices on an envelope and pin it to the board for other members to read and respond to. For example someone might write ‘Hi I’m working on introducing a new management development program, can anyone help me’
3. Other members can read the message and put a business card or note into the envelope, for example another member present who has recently done a similar program may offer to share advice by offering contact details to talk/email/meet up outside the branch meeting or simply recommending someone they know that could help.
4. At the end of the evening members who put up a help message request, simply pick up their envelope with its new contacts and notes that people have left them. They then have the option to connect to those people again later.
5. Finally the committee would like feedback, especially success stories, from members who choose to use CONNECT US.
