Howes Percival LLP will provide an update on recent Employment Law legislation and case law.
The session will include a general legislation update which will cover changes to the unfair dismissal qualifying periods, proposed tribunal reforms and legislative changes on the horizon including current consultations. We will then have a case law quiz looking at recent notable decisions.
This evening session will run from 18:30 to 19:30 with a buffet provided on arrival. This is a repeat of the lunchtime event on the same day.
