Mike Butler is a Partner of Geldards in Nottingham as well as Head of the Midlands Employment Team.  Almost all of their work is for respondents and Mike, himself, has considerable experience in the transport and health care sectors.

Mike has been a part-time Employment Judge for over 16 years, a role which has helped him significantly in advising clients and assisting them when they have tricky commercial decisions to make about settlement of claims.

In this presentation he will give the view 'from the other side' of the tribunal process.

Sophie Attfield of Chattertons is well-known to Lincolnshire Branch and we look forward to one of her excellent updates.
