There will be an interactive group case study session which will conclude the day, where legal knowledge will be refreshed and new learning applied to a real life HR scenario.

Why attend? – Some suggestions……………
Keep yourself informed of key changes to employment legislation which have taken place in the past 12 months

• Ensure you don’t fall into the pitfalls of the unwary when dealing with the very topical issue of agency workers. This is the key theme for this year’s seminar – and it will be discussed in some detail. Is this topic particularly relevant to your organisation?

• Test your skills and knowledge on a practical case study

• Receive a comprehensive delegate pack, containing relevant case references and practical guidance – very useful for future reference and to share with colleagues

• Network with other delegates
