Action Learning

John is Director of No Guru ltd, started in 2004 as a training and development consultancy based in Liverpool.

His vision is to develop the leading training consultancy on Merseyside and they already work with major clients such as British Gas Business, Capita, BAE systems, NHS Trusts and Merseyside Police as well as the SME sector locally

Aimed at any manager/leader or practitioner who wants to create effective learning sets to support organisational initiatives . This will include:

A quick and easy demonstration of the power of learning in group environments. 

The process of action learning and in developing group and individual questioning & listening to achieve good outcomes. 

Practical uses for Action Learning and ask delegates to find applications within their own environment

Workshop will involve a live and participative demo of action learning in an informal but highly participative format.
