Lynn holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Coaching Psychology and has trained executive coaches to postgraduate level. She is a Professional Certified Coach with the ICF and a qualified coach supervisor. She works as a leadership and team coach with Chief Executives and senior leaders and their teams in the public and private sectors.

Lois has 10 years experience coaching executives and senior teams. She is trained to Post Graduate Diploma Level, and is currently completing her professional accreditation with the Association of Coaching. Lois works across sectors and is exceptional at helping people to master resistance and create transformational change.
