Having worked in a variety of HR generalist & specialist role, Margaret is currently Group Head of Talent & Succession for Royal Mail Group. Her role defines & executes the Talent & Succession strategy for the 160,000 employees in the Royal Mail Group, encompassing Apprentices through to Group Executive Members. Margaret , is a FCIPD & Non Executive Director for Pennine Acute Trust , one of the largest NHS trusts in the UK, she lives in Manchester with her husband & 2 children.

“Backwards is forwards. Downwards is upwards. Why not do the right thing and take a left turn?”
Have you ever considered that doing the exact opposite may in fact provide better results or alternative solutions?
Paul (the Bulletman) Kerfoot, a creative thinker and inspirational speaker who has run a successful design and branding agency (Bulletpoint) since 1989, believes life, work and everything is best-experienced the wrong way round; upside down, inside out and back to front.
In these challenging and changing times, ‘This Way Up’ explores how can we apply creative thinking to our problem solving and this thing called success.
Humorous, creative and thought provoking, ‘This Way Up’ is an action packed session to; challenge the way that you think, look at life from a new perspective (the inside point of view), and help you be more successful and happier in your work.
