Most of our events are Free to members with a nominal charge for Non Members.
However, please read our cancellation policy below before booking onto an event.
We appreciate that things do sometimes come up which mean that you can’t attend an event that you’ve booked onto. However, most of our events include refreshments that we need to budget for in advance based on the number of people who have booked to attend.
Unfortunately, some people who book do not attend, so we have had to introduce a charging policy. If you have booked onto an event and cancel with less than 48 hours notice, or book and don’t attend on the evening, we will levy a charge of £15 per event for events which are free to members, and the full charge for paid events.
If you do have to cancel, with less than 48 hours notice, we will do our utmost to fill your place, but if we are unable to do so, then unfortunately the charge will apply.
You will be unable to attend any further branch events until the charge has been paid.
By booking onto this event, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the cancellation policy.
