I have been contacted by Macmillan Cancer Support who are offering a free resource to employers

'The Essential Work and Cancer Toolkit'

this resource features employer guidance produced in collaboration with CIPD and is primarily aimed at companies with over 250 employees. It has been designed to give employers a better understanding of the physical, emotional and financial impact of a cancer diagnosis. There is practical guidance on how to manage employees with cancer and information on how people with cancer are protected by the Equality Act.

For more information or to request a copy of this essential resource please contact me.
