Event details:

This session will highlight some of the ways in which John Lewis
Newcastle Partners are inspired to fulfil their potential and play their part in the very successful business of which they are all part owners.
John Lewis has ambitious expansion plans including the opening of some full size department stores and many smaller format ‘At Home’ stores. Every branch needs and wants to play their part in providing talented and capable managers and Partners to support all of the new partners being employed in these stores. The role of the LDC is to develop each and every John Lewis Newcastle Partner to be the best they can be and to make John Lewis an exciting place to work as well as an exciting place to shop!  This development includes areas such as: customer service, commerciality, coaching and leadership skills.
