SPEAKERS: Dawn Robinson and Leisa Docherty, Sage

Dawn is currently Head of Learning & Development at Sage where she has worked for 8 years. As a Fellow of CIPD she strives to continue with her CPD and recently acquired her post-grad in L&D strategy. Dawn has held positions with M&S, Boots, Northumberland County Council, and De La Rue.

Leisa is Head of People Services at Sage with accountability for Reward, Resourcing and People Operations. Leisa has lead large project implementations including HR and Payroll systems and most recently focused on developing Sage’s reward strategy which won an award at the annual Employee Benefits Awards. Prior to Sage Leisa held a variety of HR positions with the AA.

Event details:

Dawn Robinson and Leisa Docherty will talk about the important link between performance and reward and will give an insight into the journey Sage has been on; one that continues to develop capability in managing performance, recognising the importance of both objectives and behaviours, and rewarding people consistently and fairly.
Leisa and Dawn will provide an insight into what has worked, the challenges they have faced, and important lessons learnt. They will also talk about the importance of communication and engagement when delivering messages relating to performance and reward.
