He will explore the statistical relationships between employee engagement and a range of performance measures to help make the business case for engagement. He will also share findings from Roffey Park’s in-depth qualitative study of employee engagement, The Human Voice of Employee Engagement and draw on the Institute’s long experience of working with organisations to measure, understand and build engagement through surveys, focus groups and development programmes.
