Dilip Boury holds a BA in Joint Social Sciences (Psychology and
Politics) from Leeds Metropolitan University, a PG diploma in
Psychology and from Nottingham University’s Psychology department an MSc in Occupational Psychology from their renowned Institute of Work, Health and Organisations. He also has several years experience as a sales executive and sales coach in the financial services sector.

Dilip from Roffey Park’s research department will draw on data from Roffey Park’s Management Agenda 2012 survey (published in January 2012) to show how to develop employee engagement in your business. He will explore the statistical relationships between employee engagement and a range of performance measures to help make the business case for engagement. He will also share findings from Roffey Park’s in-depth qualitative study of employee engagement, The Human Voice of Employee Engagement and draw on the Institute’s long experience of working with organisations to measure, understand and build engagement through surveys, focus groups and development programmes.
