Michael will give an update on the legislative changes which have been implemented in the last 12 months, covering key cases and explaining what the recent changes to UK employment law mean in practical terms to you and your organisation.
Michael will also look ahead to anticipated developments in
employment law during 2012.
Michael Ord is a well known and experienced employment lawyer and a partner at Watson Burton LLP based in Newcastle upon Tyne. Michael has over 25 years experience in handling employment disputes on behalf of employers and employees, including collective issues, trade disputes, discrimination claims and disputes arising out of dismissal. He also advises and assists on internal disputes, strategic HR issues and managing workplace conflict.
