Event details:

Are you a manager that needs to get results from other people?  Are you constantly asking yourself, How do I get my team off to a flying start, How do I help manage tensions and tricky relationships, What does real high performance mean, How can I let-go and empower the team?

In this interactive session Matt Somers, author of 'Coaching at Work', will help you answer these questions and will set out his ideas on how coaching provides answers to the problems created by continuing with coaching and other development against a background of shrinking budgets and ferocious cost-cutting.

Matt's presentation will be low on PowerPoint, but high on proven, practical ideas and techniques.  Matt guarantees that you will leave with at least two ideas that you can implement immediately on your return to work.
