Employment Law Update : Mark McAllister
Mark will be giving us an overview of key statutory developments in employment law in Northern Ireland in 2011 and what 2012 may bring as a result of the “Vince Cable” proposals announced at the end of 2011.

Will it be a case of NI following GB employment law to the letter or are we now plotting our own course?

Conciliation and Mediation: Elaine Clarke
Workplace disputes can arise in various forms from two colleagues who are no longer on speaking terms to a trade union and an employer not being able to reach agreement over the annual pay increase.

Whatever form a dispute takes conflict in the workplace can be disruptive and if ignored can escalate and become much more difficult to deal with.

Find out how the Labour Relations Agency can assist you in resolving these issues using conciliation and mediation.
