Michele Ryan is HR Director for McDonald's Restaurants of Ireland. Prior to joining McDonald's in 2004, Michele was a senior manager with EBS with responsibility for strategic HR. With her HR team, Michele has achieved several prestigious awards and accolades for
McDonald's including; Top 50 Companies in Ireland for the last 5 years, O2 Ability Award, Diversity Award, CIPD HR Excellence Award for Innovation. She will speak on the impact of HR partnering throughout their organisation.

Jacinta Melaugh, Director of HR, Northern Health Trust. She will be speaking about the HR partnering approach within the Trust and the recent work undertaken to adopt the partnering model.
