In this Employment Law Update seminar Graham Irons and Simon deMaid from Howes Percival will give an overview of new and proposed employment legalisation including the increase of the service requirement for unfair dismissal, changes to Tribunal procedure and pension auto-enrolment. The seminar will incorporate a "case law quiz" to give delegates a chance to discuss cases with each other before understanding the decision and its practical implications. The seminar will look at issues such as:

3. What are the latest cases in unfair dismissal law?
