Event details:
This event will look at how to extend good practise for recruitment to those critical first few weeks and months when an employee has just joined an organisation. In particular our guest speaker from Disney will talk about the processes they use to welcome, induct and motivate their new starters.
Pauline will to cover an overview of The Disney Stores past and present, what they need from their employees (cast members) other than being just sales assistants or warehouse operatives and also how once they have recruited the right people they induct, train them and motivate them to have the passion for the Disney brand.
