Susi O'Neill is the director of Digital Consultant, specialising in digital strategy consultancy and coaching to help businesses develop their markets and services online through strategy, skills development and e-marketing. She has previously worked in management roles in the digital sector for clients including Universal Music, Capital Radio and independent TV production companies as well as policy and strategy development work for several Regional Development Agencies.

Other businesses are introducing blanket bans on employees social media access, and using networks to monitor employees online conversations. This talk gives an introduction to social networks and their business benefits, and how to develop social media policies at work.
