Speaker(s): Alec McPhedran is a creative trainer and coach. Much of his work is based in television, film, new media and creative design and as such, he has had to develop a specific approach to the challenges creativity influences positive coaching. Based in Northamptonshire, Alec is the Managing Director of Skills Channel TV, working with high profile clients such as Coutts, Barclays, Schlumberger, ITV, BBC and Channel 4. Alec has been a learning and development specialist for over twenty five years and has held senior L&D roles with Channel 4, Railtrack, Financial Times Management and The Open College. He is an undiscovered rock God.

Event details: GENIUS Coaching is a model developed for coaching creative talent. The session will look at the application of the GENIUS Coaching model and review professional coaching in general. There will also be an opportunity to practice core coaching technique as part of your CPD.
