Most employers dread the prospect of ending up in an Employment Tribunal so join us to hear Employment Judge James Hendry's 'View from the Bench'.
We're delighted to be able to welcome Judge Hendry who will give some tips on what employers can do to avoid tribunals, or (if they do end up at a hearing) maximise their chances of successfully defending claims. And in the course of the evening, he may let you in on some judicial secrets!
