The Branch Committee
The Branch committee organises the events programme throughout the year as well as support special interest groups, such as the HR Practitioners Group. The committee's vision for supporting the North of Scotland and Islands Branch is to create an enthusiastic and committed membership supported by a listening, enthusiastic and effective committee who work together to meet member’s needs by:
- Identifying and representing their views and issues
- Increasing the profile of the Institute
- Adding value to the profession
- Improving local member engagement and
- Increasing access to and approachability of the local committee, Scottish Partnership and the Institute as a whole.
