Event details:
During this period of economic turbulence, it is vital that those involved in HR and managing people have the ability and appropriate skills to ensure that, through their staff, organisations can remain viable and deliver the performance required in an increasingly competitive environment.
But what are these skills and abilities? What do HR professionals and those who manage people need in order to add value to their organisations and to ensure development of their own careers?
This interactive workshop, based on contributions from academic researchers and senior HR practitioners, will present research examining the careers of recent HR graduates and participants will discuss the skills and attributes required to succeed and progress in the HR profession.
