This is a Knowledge into Practice (KIP) event which all CIPD members are welcome to attend.
This seminar focuses on the positive impact HR can make to organisational effectiveness. Speakers will challenge the HR function to rethink its purpose, the nature of the employment relationship and the specific contributions HR can uniquely make to organisational effectiveness. Contributions from leading academics and practitioners will provide critical perspectives on what this could look like in practice. This highly participative seminar will stretch thinking about how employers should respond to today’s workplace challenges. It will introduce a new framework for organisational effectiveness that offers a fresh approach to the subject.
The seminar will be followed by a drinks reception and book launch from 7.30 - 8.30pm.
