This is a Training and Development special interest group event which all CIPD members are welcome to attend.
A regular challenge for most training interventions is the aspect of Return on Investment (RoI). Mostly it is about how to do it. This discussion will look at the topic from new angles and see where the real responsibility lies to prove its worth. Should it be T&D defending its products or business putting its case for deciding on the intervention? Can T&D really make the difference when we have little or no control when people return to work? It is our hope to stimulate a vigorous, no-holds barred debate that at least challenges or widens your current thinking. For us that would be a positive RoI.
