Join us for an interactive session at this gorgeous venue where Julia and Steve will introduce their approach to tackling organisational change and debate with you about how to make change stick, identify your resistors and offer handling tips and tools of the change trade. Julia and Steve will also share case studies with you.
Time: 6.30pm registration, networking and refreshments for 7pm start. Estimated finish time 9pm.
This event will provide attendees with the opportunity to network with fellow Branch members and Committee members, before and after the speaker, over drinks and canapes.
