The South East Thames Branch exists to promote and develop best practice in the management and development of people and organisations, to raise the image and profile of the branch, and to represent the membership, thus influencing Institute policy on local, national and international issues.
The Branch has a wide membership with a diverse range of interests and a programme of events to reflect this. The Committee continue to listen to the views of Branch members in developing the style and content of our programme and if you have suggestions they would be most welcome.
We also support collaborative working with other London and Home Counties CIPD Branches and we are exploring to opportunities for joint events with other Branches to bring wider opportunities to our members.
We are keen to contribute to events for students considering future career opportunities. In the past our involvement in such events has attracted much interest in the options and possibilities of careers in ‘people management’.
We are your Branch and as such always welcome your ideas and input, and if you would like to be more involved in the committee you will receive a friendly welcome.
