About the South East Wales Branch

*

As your local branch, we are here to help you in any way that we can, whether it is helping you to find information, provide you with advice, help you prepare your CPD record or answer your questions.

The branch is represented by a committee of volunteers, each of whom is a professional Human Resources practioner representing every corner of the HR world and ranging from SMEs, large companies and independent consultants.  If you are interested in joining or supporting our committee please contact the contact us .

Our event programme seeks to deliver a wide range of interesting, informative, varied and usually free events which capture the imagination and contribute to the continuing professional development of our members. We are always seeking new and innovative ideas for branch events, and welcome any suggestions for next year's programme.

Other branch activities include our Membership and CPD and Policy work.  Our Policy Adviser seeks your input on public policy consultation via our website, our quarterly newsletter and our LinkedIn site so please do check regularly and provide your invaluable feedback.

We also have a dedicated team of student advisers working with HE institutions across South East Wales - if you're currently studying in the area, or are interested in taking a CIPD course, please do contact our team - details are on the right-hand side of this page.

If you are interested in us setting up a special interest group, e.g.  consultants, learning and development, etc, please do get in touch with your ideas.

Here on our website you will find information on all of our events, including slides and reviews, as well as our quarterly newsletter.

Please get in touch with any feedback or suggestions that you have, we'd love to hear from you!
