Branch Event: Best Practice Performance Management

Event details: Our guest speakers at the branch meeting this month are Harpreet Varanitch, Julia Lacey and Rachel Armstrong, members of Admin Re's HR Business Partnering team. Admin Re are one of the larger local employers, previously known as Windsor Life.

The team will be sharing thoughts and best practice with regards to what performance management should look like, both in terms of day to day performance management and reviewing the "annual process", through an interactive discussion workshop. There will also be the opportunity to share your own experiences and gain support and feedback from other HR professionals.
