The Coaching and Mentoring Special Interest Group serves members with an interest in coaching or mentoring, and provides:
• Opportunities to share experience and knowledge.
• An environment and structure for mutual support and guidance.
• Continuous development of professional skills, including supervision.
• Learning events for specific areas of interest.
• Networking opportunities.
• Potential for collaboration between group members.
• A forum for current concerns and future developments
• Supervision and CPD through Active Learning Sets
We will also maintain a register of coaches and mentors who want to develop their skills and experience by offering pro bono sessions, and a register of requests for such assistance, subject to the CIPD code of conduct supplemented by local safeguards.
