The Small Business SIG supports sole traders and small business owners, and provides:

• Learning events for specific areas of interest.
• Continuous development of professional skills.
• Enhanced networking opportunities.
• Development of marketing skills and opportunities.
• Opportunities for shared marketing.
• Potential for collaboration between group members.
• Possibilities for the collective development of partnerships with local organisations such as the Chamber of Commerce.

Martin Childs of Shropshire Live, and Michaela Hardwick of Beyond Expectations delivered a great two-part session fir us in November, and we look forward to more of the same in 2011 from a variety of speakers. Our current satisfaction survey is showing very high scores so far, so if you are a sole trader or in a small business don't miss out.....
The planned topics may change as we go forward, and as we have done so far, there will normally be a second topic at each meeting facilitated by a group member.
