Having started her career in retail HR with Marks and Spencer, Jane spent some time as a senior compensation and benefits consultant in Aon Consulting, a global professional services organisation. From there, Jane was appointed to the newly created role of Group Compensation and Benefits Director at TNS, a FTSE 250 global market information business. It was at TNS that Jane helped firstly to shape and then took on the role of Group Talent Director, a role which sparked her interest in the development and support of people in a changing environment.
