At Primeast, this philosophy of “talent liberation” is integrated into programmes for leadership, change and team development. His co-speaker is Sarah Pennock, a professional coach and highly skilled facilitator.

Talent management is often described as a systematic approach to making the best use of “talented people”. Whilst this is important, it’s worth remembering that everyone comes to work with talent. Neglecting this will seriously impair an organisation’s ability to compete.

In this interactive and provocative workshop Clive and will suggest that organisations small and large can only reach prime performance if they “recognise, value, develop and use the unique talents of all their people in the delivery of their goals”.

Participants will learn how organisations must establish their philosophy for making best use of talent, how it is vital that managers make this philosophy work and why each employee must take full ownership of their career development.


Practical exercises where participants can take time out to consider their own talents and how they add value are supported by case studies where exceptional value has been added through the adoption of talent liberation techniques.
