The Sussex Senior Personnel Group
This group was created in 1989 and over the years has provided a forum for senior HR Executives within the major employers in the area covered by the Sussex Branch. Members have the opportunity to discuss and exchange views in a professional and confidential manner.
Currently within the Group there are 25 companies represented and the number of meetings and venues are agreed - generally 5/6 per year. The topics are agreed based on topical issues currently being addressed within the member’s organisations. This provides the opportunity to compare methods of approach and best practice, in an atmosphere rarely available to senior HR Executives.
