So busy that you wonder where your network has disappeared?
Not so busy but wondering how to develop your network?
The Trainers Forum provides a ready made and evolving network for you to tap into
Would you like to share your ideas and experiences with other trainers and facilitators?
Would you like to hear about others’ experiences and obtain guidance?
This is what the Sussex branch Trainer’s Forum has to offer.
We have been in existence for 4 years and meet every 5 to 6 weeks at Burgess Hill. We start with sandwiches and a social at 7pm and carry on from 7.30 till 9.30 with the topics we have chosen, in advance and on the evening.
Just a few of the issues we have explored are:
equal opportunities in delivery; obtaining clients (for the freelancer ), Myers Briggs; Positive Comedy-injecting humour and spontaneity into training; short, fun exercises as icebreakers, energisers and as methods for exploring issues; models for networking……
Members are encouraged to lead on some sessions though it’s not a condition for coming along!
You need to be open to self development and the only other criteria is that you attend at least 4 times a year to be kept on the e-mailing list!

Your Invitation To The New Career-Break Network.
Are you about to go on a career break? On family leave or job changing? If so, you are welcome to join one of our gatherings this year. If you like the idea of keeping in touch with fellow HR professionals, for networking, socialising, ideas, support and sanity! The informal small group sessions for career breathers and launchers will be facilitated by Liz Marks of Accomplish (aka The Comeback Queen!). Liz is an experienced leadership coach with particular expertise in transitions. In a relaxed setting, each session will make space for an open networking session and themed group discussion.
Meetings start in September and take place on the third Thursday of every other month. Contact Sara Lade if you would like to come along.
