Round table discussions with CIPD’ SEN members on how they established their business and why they chose the model they use.
This session will include questions and answers with a panel of experts covering e.g. Legal Matters, Accounting, Finance, Marketing and Social media.
Charlotte Mannion will lead the discussion at this interactive session. She has the experience of working in her own limited company which she set up in 2004. She will share ‘how she got there’, her experience/decision making and what it’s like to run a limited company http://quicklearn.co.uk.
Charlotte also uses a virtual assistant to manage administration and cloud based CRM system, accessible by her fellow director and IT and business analyst, and can tell us how this works as well.
