The closing date for entries is the 17th August 2008. Entries will be given a unique number and on the 18th August the Branch Chair, Martyn Melvin, will pick 2 numbers at random.
The winners will be announced on the 19th August and must complete and return their booking forms no later than the 21st August.
The event is open to everyone so, if you’re not one of the lucky winners, do get your booking form back to us as places are going fast.
Guidelines:
• The winner can attend any one of the three main conference days (Tuesday 16 September, Wednesday 17 September, or Thursday 18 September).
• Winners must pay for their own travel, accommodation and personal expenses.
• The free place is non-transferable to others.
• Winners must make sure they are available to attend on their selected day
