Speaker(s): Philip specialises in delivering high value human capital change management to both private and public sector organisations, and he is a forerunner in recognising the value of Employee Engagement in improving business performance using the internationally recognised Team Action Management programme. In addition Philip offers consultancy advice and non-Executive Directorships to SMEs and larger organisations.  He is past president of the South Derbyshire Chamber of Commerce, and past CBI Regional Councillor for the East Midlands.

Philip started his business life working for IBM UK Ltd as a technical specialist, looking after Europe, the Middle East and Africa; from 1990 he lead a computer services group and then set up a joint venture with BDO Stoy Hayward to provide Management Consultancy services. Over the period 2003—2005 Philip was responsible for mentoring over 115 business start ups, raising equity and debt based funding for clients of over £1.2m.

Philip actively continues to develop TAM UK delivering high value-significant intervention programmes utilising the Team Action Management programme, which is also delivered as a Post Graduate Certificate in Change Management at the University of Sheffield Business School.
Event details: The event will explore the Team Action management approach to organisational change/development.  It will examine the range of concepts, models and approaches which make up the TAM approach and it will demonstrate a range of case studies where TAM has been effectively applied. It will cover:
