In this enjoyable and participatory session Jon Colman of Red Vanilla will provide tools and tips to help Personnel and Development professionals working within organisations or as external consultants analyse how customer focussed they are.
We will show how a free customer experience model, 3 free-to-use national customer standards and a sprinkling of YouTube clips can help deliver a better customer experience for the various customers of the HR professional.
This session is suitable if your customers are your organisations’ top management team, line managers and employees in your organisation, job applicants, members of your company pension scheme, individual and organisational clients you deliver a consultancy service to and anyone else you consider a customer.
