    Join our discussion
We are starting to think about events, services and how best to meet members' needs locally for the coming year.

    Please join our discussion at:
http://www.cipd.co.uk/community/subjects/subject/discussion.aspx?PostID=135052 to let us know your views on how we can help:
    - build HR capability, and
    - help members apply knowledge and theory in practice
    Future of branches
We are trying to get as many people as possible involved in the discussion about the future of the branch network.

For more details, click here to read the recent People Management article by the Branch Development Manager, Cheryl Myles, or contact us with your views.

    Do you enjoy our events?
Thames Valley Branch is one of the largest in the country.  Our teams of volunteers organise over 35 events each year to support the continuing professional development of our HR colleagues.

If you can offer some of your time and expertise to help us as a volunteer, we would love to hear from you.

The time commitment is flexible and the rewards can be tremendous!
Contact a member of the Branch or Group committee for an informal discussion.
