What we offer...
The Branch offers a programme of events aimed at promoting members' education, development and networking. These include updates on employment law, skills development in areas such as self-marketing and coaching, as well as workshops for those wishing to revisit their CPD or upgrade their membership. Support for those studying CIPD qualifications is maintained through our close links with local education centres and through our annual Student Awards.

Our e-newsletter is issued quarterly and is emailed out to all our members. It contains Branch news, articles of interest on what's happening in HR, information about our Branch events and much more. Read our latest issue here.

Branch e-mail updates
Another way of finding out what events we have coming up is to receive our email updates. Your Branch Updates is a monthly email containing event updates. This will act as an event reminder and will provide information on any last minute changes or cancellations.
Your Policy Update is a less frequent email providing the latest policy updates and gives you an opportunity to engage in consultations.
Anyone can subscribe to either or both email updates, from as many branches as they wish.

Join your local committee...
These services could not be organised and maintained without the support of local members who have volunteered to serve on the Branch and Group committees. Offers of support are always welcome - as well as being fun, participation on the committee offers the chance for members to develop a range of skills!
