Welcome to the Bath and West Wiltshire Group.
Our programme this year has been put together following feedback from our active members who attend our events regularly. First off this year was our networking event held at the Blue Rooms. We had a great evening with old and new members being given the opportunity to network with fellow professionals and students alike, over a glass of wine or two. Events to follow include an employment law update, we’ve Dianah Worman from the CIPD speaking on building a business case for diversity, Caroline Jowett from Virgin speaking about her experience of formulating a reward strategy within a global organisation, as well as career management for HR professionals, a mock employment tribunal and an event focusing on use of NLP.
Many thanks to the steering group who continue to work so hard to bring together these events and special thanks to Carole Reeves who has stood down as chair of the group this year. She will be greatly missed by the rest of us who include Emma Summers, Lesley Jones, Judith Heale, Helen Jones and Polly Rathbone.
