MESSAGE FROM THE NEW CHAIR
I am writing to introduce myself as the new chair of the Public Sector Forum (PSF) for the West of England CIPD branch.
My name is Carl Kneeshaw. I have worked within HR for the past 14 years - the first 7 years in retail HR and the past 7 years in the public sector in Local Government at both a County and District level and, more recently, within the Civil Service.
I have been actively involved with the branch for the last 12-18 months and I am delighted to be taking on the role as chair of the PSF.
I am committed and passionate about Public Sector HR and want to work together with those HR professionals from all public sector organisations, to provide them with a forum that is supportive and represents their interests and needs. I want the PSF to organise relevant, timely events and networking opportunities to help equip public sector HR people to respond to the unprecedented changes taking place within the public sector HR arena.
