Best Year Yet: Engaging and managing teams to
deliver top class performance  is a highly effective planning and execution system. It was first created in the UK during 1980 although since that time, a variety of new applications and tools have been created that extend its impact on business and people performance  There are a number of important themes that are key to its success.  Richard Lowe, managing Director of HR & Training Solutions Ltd. will run the (Taster) est Year Yet workshop and will talk about a number of case study clients, including the AA & Virgin Atlantic  who used the Best Year Yet transformation systems as a powerful enabler for strategic change .  In his most recent corporate role at UNUM, Richard supported the Executive and Senior Management team to deliver break though results with profits increased form £4.6 million to £109.8 million over five years.

The Workshop session objectives are:
