Carol Newland, Founder of WorkLife Architect, is a highly skilled and experienced coach and trainer. She designs and delivers bespoke and inspiring workshops on topics such as leadership, team building, work/life balance, difficult conversations, negotiation and personal effectiveness. She is a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), accredited NLP business coach and member of the International Coach Federation.

In 2002 she created the highly successful WorkLife Architect programme with her business partner, Sue Walsh. Hundreds of people have now benefited from this unique programme and for many the effect has been transformational.

With the tools and support provided by the WorkLife Architect programme people feel more in control, respond more positively to change and adapt more flexibly to new situations. They find their stress levels fall and their health improves. They are generally happier, more positive and more effective. Within organisations they become more influential and inspiring or they prepare themselves more effectively for new careers or retirement.

Event details:

In today’s climate HR professionals are continually being asked to achieve more with fewer resources. As dedicated professionals who care about results and care about the people they work with they face tough challenges on how to make the best use of their time and how to achieve a good work life balance. They may also face the emotional challenges of tough decisions such as making someone redundant.

WorkLife Architect takes people through the simple yet powerful steps of designing – and achieving - their own work/life balance. The principle is that you get what you focus on. Most people focus on their problems, and the more you focus on your problems, the more they grow. We turn that around and help people become clear about what they want and give them the practical framework and tools to make it happen. Put simply people learn how to take control, design the circumstances they really want and make them a reality.

In this fun and interactive session Carol Newland, founder of WorkLife Architect, will take you through 4 powerful steps, based on the Law of Attraction, which you can use to create changes in your life.

Intended Learning Outcomes:

  • Have fun and have at least one valuable insight to take away with you
  • Take stock of what’s happening in your life/ work and what you want to change
  • Learn 4 steps for getting the results you want
